Unboxing Video: Olive Harvest

We’re in the thick of the olive harvest, a tradition that in my native Italy is always celebrated with gusto. Olives that don’t meet the oil press make it into ‘antipasti’, briny combinations of seasonal produce accompanied with towering plates of sliced meats and cheeses.
These seasonal pairings are a perfect opportunity to riff on nature’s bounty, a particularly delicious proposition given our access to 'chefs’ farmers'. These incredible growers bless us with their experimental seed plantings and small-batch test runs week after week. Happy eating!
