Unboxing Video: Pesto

My aspirational cooking style is that of an off-duty chef: each week I use the little odds and ends from the kitchen, a bit of ingenuity, and riff a delicious dinner. While it’s certainly easier to pull this off using complementary ingredients and with most of the washing, chopping and boring prep done for you, learning this style of cooking means you’ll pretty much never look at a recipe again...
